General information:

StorAge will set an alarm for every scanned item, a message will be sent to your notification device when an item has almost reached its best-by date (time till expiration date smaller than 20%). The kind of alarm or notification can be adjusted individually in settings under notifications. Items with expired dates and ones with zero quantity will not have an alarm.

Getting started:

This is the title page with a listing of all items that have been scanned. The list is by default set to alphabetical order. After pushing the "sort"-button the list will be sorted by the best-by date, a second push will set the list back to an alphabetical order.

Generally items with the quantity 0 will be positioned at the end of the list. Items that have been used up can be deleted from the list or they can be set to 0, which will consume less time if you will buy this item again.

The item description will have an individual color depending on quantity and the time in which it is supposed to be consumed. Items with a quantity of 0 are grey, items that passed their best-by date are red and items that have reach less than 20% of their storage time are orange. The default for all other items is black.

To find an item just type the beginning of the word into the search bar.  

You can also see the difference in quantity. The quantity description will show you the number of items available and/or the weight of the item.

Edit, New Item (+) and Info shouldn't need any explanation.

New Item:

Fast, fast, fast. If you're in a hurry just fill in the item description and set the best-by date. 

Other details like the quantity and a picture and also the second page for additional information will help you to retrieve items in your pantry. While on the go, it will also keep you updated on what quantity of items you have in stock.

At the push of a button you can switch between the control dials for the best-by date and the quantity. The quantity is set to 1.0 by default and can easily be reset by the dials.

Don't be surprised; the flash works automatically in a darkened room. All images on your phone can be used if you want to use a different one. 

Detailed View:

From here you can access and edit all the information of an item. In addition to the scanned details you have the option to set categories or leave a comment about the item. If an item has multiple best-by dates, you can set different dates for certain amounts of this item.

By tapping the preview picture you will be able to enlarge the image and you can pick an image in the edit mode.
